Developing individual and collective knowledge, know-how and soft skills in complex R&D negotiation situations involving internal and external heterogeneous actors, from the research idea to its successful launch on the market
Optimising Quality when interacting with others (quality of dialogue, building positive relationships)
Knowing how to fully take on the Leader’s role when negotiating in a complex situation
Knowing how to motivate and engage others in the project, without any hierarchical responsibility coming into play
